The CEO is a loud mouth little man with ADHD. He doesn't take the time to know any of his employees & I have been employed there for almost two years with no acknowledgment from him-although I see him often. Frequent disorganization leaves senior members ready to pull all of there money out & no one seems to care that employees have to deal with their frustration. No one takes accountability for their job duties & passes responsibility to others.Upper management has no regard for how hard their good employees work with demanding expectations & a plethora of ignorant emails that are completely unprofessional. Currently interviewing with other companies that take their employees seriously!
