      Rich benefit programs - including great rates on health and dental, very generous 401k contributions and hard to beat PTO amounts. TruStone focuses on giving back to our members and the communities we serve. Recognize fun holidays and provide employees treats and games to participate in. Good work life balance.

      Lots of change recently with a significant merger that took place. But, things are calming down.

      If you agree and enjoy DEI practices then you will go far in this company. You will go not based on "gender" "religion" "race" If you are a woman and you are white, prepare to be hired. If you are a woman and you aren't white, prepare to be promoted. If you are a man and not white- prepare to be hired and promoted.

      Cons

      Decent hourly pay. Decent benefits. Decent promotion opportunities if you aren't white or are male and not white.
