      Very good benefits, working hard to finally make employees feel a little appreciated again.

      Cons

      Upper management team is too disconnected from the front line staff and realities of the various positions. HR doing a good job in recognize staff but you won't get that for the higher ups.

      If you agree and enjoy DEI practices then you will go far in this company. You will go not based on "gender" "religion" "race" If you are a woman and you are white, prepare to be hired. If you are a woman and you aren't white, prepare to be promoted. If you are a man and not white- prepare to be hired and promoted.

      Cons

      Decent hourly pay. Decent benefits. Decent promotion opportunities if you aren't white or are male and not white.
