      Branch managers aren’t coached enough to mentally take on their employees. They are in competition with them because they have goals as well and they need to do their work too.

      If you agree and enjoy DEI practices then you will go far in this company. You will go not based on "gender" "religion" "race" If you are a woman and you are white, prepare to be hired. If you are a woman and you aren't white, prepare to be promoted. If you are a man and not white- prepare to be hired and promoted.

      Decent hourly pay. Decent benefits. Decent promotion opportunities if you aren't white or are male and not white.
