You will have to teach them how to do their job and then clean up their mistakes. - Management at every level is incredibly out of touch with the bulk of employees. Managers make decisions quickly and without thinking about anything other than $$$$ then leave you to deal with the consequences. -No, you probably won’t get to ever work from home. If you do, every minute of your time will be micro-managed.
