Pros
I have enjoyed working for this company on a contract basis and have found lucrative opportunities for long term projects, along with the market rate or better for document review projects. The projects have been interesting for the most part, and most of the people I worked with have been great. I love working remotely throughout the US.
Cons
You have to work for them for over a year to qualify for the 401k plan and most projects end after a few weeks or months, so you may have to work on projects elsewhere to maintain steady income. Once I did qualify for the 401k plan, I was only able to find project employment at the base income rate, without overtime options or extra hours at standard rate, and that wasn't enough income to be able to set aside in 401k and live on the rest. I'm hopeful that I'll have another long term opportunity with them soon which allows for over 40 hours and/or overtime so I can contribute to my 401k again. I feel this issue is more a function of the document review industry rather than the company itself, and it varies project to project. However, other companies let you qualify for the 401k immediately so there really is no reason to wait a year.
