Pros

Truveris has a great remote culture. Most of the US employees are down to earth and very friendly. Good sense of camaraderie, although that may be because we've all suffered through the recent leadership changes together. Can honestly say HR crew is second to none.

Cons

Truveris is the strangest tech company I've ever worked for. Pretty constant stream of departures in engineering, product, and ops, weekly at this point. Majority of engineering team is now comprised of Ukrainian 'consultants', some of whom aren't competent. Company has been playing questionable legal games of how much access to US health data they can give to these 'consultants', but seems to have no interest in hiring local replacements. Engineering is now overseen by a fully remote CTO who seems minimally invested and isn't around much and a new fully remote director who seems to be running around in a panic. In the last couple weeks, there's been some random firings to stop the 'negative attitude' around the office. Hasn't helped morale at all. I think 'spiraling' may be putting the situation gently.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

It's a very small company so if you're looking for a place where you can be unknown, this isn't it.

Pros

I’ve been at Truveris for over 4 yrs. The company’s current direction feels like the strongest it’s been during my time here. Most of our senior leaders have been with the organization for 5+ years, and they’re well respected across the company with lots of experience in the pharmacy space. I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with leadership and learning from their expertise, and appreciate that they're accessible and open to feedback/suggestions. A few years ago, we definitely had some challenges with employee turnover, but that has improved a lot over the past year or two. There’s more consistency now, both in leadership and across overall employees. So although we’ve had three CEOs in the last seven or so years, lately things have felt much more stable and our current CEO, Garrett, seems like the strongest strategic direction for us. The company is growing at a strong pace and it's exciting to be part of the trajectory. At times, things can move really quickly and it can be hard to keep up/prioritize, but there are decent processes in place to support the pace. More recently, the product team has made meaningful investments in the platform, and it feels like we’ve been delivering more product enhancements over the past year (and the tech stack seems to be working better than in the past). Being fully remote can make it harder to have visibility into everything happening across the organization, but overall I really value the flexibility. Overall great place to build a career!

Cons

Sometimes things can move a little fast before alignment
