Pros

Truveris is full of innovative and motivated people. I have learned a lot here. The company is doing some exciting things and it feels like we're on a course to make a real impact to the pharmacy industry (which I've come to see as in need of major shaking up). People are valued for their contributions and everyone who lasts is a producer (no hands off managers). The office culture is fun and playful, but not all games. Take for example our Fondue Friday in the office a couple of weeks ago (which was really tasty) or the Truveris Olympic at the holiday party including events like two person team office chair shuffleboard. Management is generally respectful of work/life balance and schedule needs so though we work hard, folks have some flexibility.

Cons

The work never seems to end and if you can't pace yourself or your manager doesn't pace for you it's easy to get overwhelmed. Things are a bit crazy a lot of the time. The company is growing fast but there still seems to be a staff resource challenge. Office space is stretching limits and some folks have less than ideal work environments.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

It's a very small company so if you're looking for a place where you can be unknown, this isn't it.

Pros

I’ve been at Truveris for over 4 yrs. The company’s current direction feels like the strongest it’s been during my time here. Most of our senior leaders have been with the organization for 5+ years, and they’re well respected across the company with lots of experience in the pharmacy space. I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with leadership and learning from their expertise, and appreciate that they're accessible and open to feedback/suggestions. A few years ago, we definitely had some challenges with employee turnover, but that has improved a lot over the past year or two. There’s more consistency now, both in leadership and across overall employees. So although we’ve had three CEOs in the last seven or so years, lately things have felt much more stable and our current CEO, Garrett, seems like the strongest strategic direction for us. The company is growing at a strong pace and it's exciting to be part of the trajectory. At times, things can move really quickly and it can be hard to keep up/prioritize, but there are decent processes in place to support the pace. More recently, the product team has made meaningful investments in the platform, and it feels like we’ve been delivering more product enhancements over the past year (and the tech stack seems to be working better than in the past). Being fully remote can make it harder to have visibility into everything happening across the organization, but overall I really value the flexibility. Overall great place to build a career!

Cons

Sometimes things can move a little fast before alignment
