Pros

-pharmacy expertise is real. -ndustry expertise is real. -projects are interesting and teach you a lot. - nice people trying their best. thesis: value prop is being in a growing pharma industry seeking market access - not true innovation.

Cons

Before joining I would read other reviews and also consider the reality of the financial position of truveris. Check out their last round of funding, estimated share price, and their competitors in the space. Do your market research. Further, I would consider the actual decision making power made possible by Truveris: research and ask them questions. Pay attention to these reviews that paint a picture of a company. From all of this, you can either then be willing or not willing to join depending on what you're looking for. Also think about how weird it is for a company to respond to every negative review instead of constructively agreeing to manage suggestions into a long term legacy and holistically understand the impact on their people's lives. I'm sure they'll say something like they're already working on this or already have a good impact on employees. Sure. People leave companies that treat them well or set realistic expectations yeh sure... business is business though. Best of luck to everyone out there.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

It's a very small company so if you're looking for a place where you can be unknown, this isn't it.

Pros

I’ve been at Truveris for over 4 yrs. The company’s current direction feels like the strongest it’s been during my time here. Most of our senior leaders have been with the organization for 5+ years, and they’re well respected across the company with lots of experience in the pharmacy space. I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with leadership and learning from their expertise, and appreciate that they're accessible and open to feedback/suggestions. A few years ago, we definitely had some challenges with employee turnover, but that has improved a lot over the past year or two. There’s more consistency now, both in leadership and across overall employees. So although we’ve had three CEOs in the last seven or so years, lately things have felt much more stable and our current CEO, Garrett, seems like the strongest strategic direction for us. The company is growing at a strong pace and it's exciting to be part of the trajectory. At times, things can move really quickly and it can be hard to keep up/prioritize, but there are decent processes in place to support the pace. More recently, the product team has made meaningful investments in the platform, and it feels like we’ve been delivering more product enhancements over the past year (and the tech stack seems to be working better than in the past). Being fully remote can make it harder to have visibility into everything happening across the organization, but overall I really value the flexibility. Overall great place to build a career!

Cons

Sometimes things can move a little fast before alignment
