Pros

Strong internal network with lots of experts and styles and mutual respect and willingness to grow together across depts and as a business. There is a strong middle management layer that has benefitted from gelling together over the past 2-3 years as we have evolved our entire GTM strategy - not to mention a serious bench of up-and-comers. The SDR program has placed several reps into sales, marketing or account mgmt roles. Senior leadership will ask for your help, expect a lot but trust your judgment and output. That is part of why we have been successful as a lean operation - folks well-versed in high-growth orgs would understand the value of hiring folks with range, energy, and stamina and the value of developing home grown talent. Also this sort of autonomy and ownership of your work is unmatched along with a flavor for making a direct impact on the growth trajectory of the company, every day. Above all, it's a safe and constructive environment from a personal and professional growth perspective and it is never a dept vs. dept or person vs. person debate on an issue. It's the team vs. the issues. That is an important distinction when it comes to setting strategy quickly and working together across the org to quickly pivot and make things happen. This company is great for folks that are competitive and hungry and is very rewarding for high performers.

Cons

Growing pains and feeling stretched can definitely create some pressure situations where you feel overwhelmed and overextended - but with good communication with your boss and peers you can find a groove that works for you where there is trust, honesty and support and a system to take advantage of your unlimited PTO and remote work/life to recharge and come back fresh and ready to take on the next wave of challenges and feats.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

It's a very small company so if you're looking for a place where you can be unknown, this isn't it.

Pros

I’ve been at Truveris for over 4 yrs. The company’s current direction feels like the strongest it’s been during my time here. Most of our senior leaders have been with the organization for 5+ years, and they’re well respected across the company with lots of experience in the pharmacy space. I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with leadership and learning from their expertise, and appreciate that they're accessible and open to feedback/suggestions. A few years ago, we definitely had some challenges with employee turnover, but that has improved a lot over the past year or two. There’s more consistency now, both in leadership and across overall employees. So although we’ve had three CEOs in the last seven or so years, lately things have felt much more stable and our current CEO, Garrett, seems like the strongest strategic direction for us. The company is growing at a strong pace and it's exciting to be part of the trajectory. At times, things can move really quickly and it can be hard to keep up/prioritize, but there are decent processes in place to support the pace. More recently, the product team has made meaningful investments in the platform, and it feels like we’ve been delivering more product enhancements over the past year (and the tech stack seems to be working better than in the past). Being fully remote can make it harder to have visibility into everything happening across the organization, but overall I really value the flexibility. Overall great place to build a career!

Cons

Sometimes things can move a little fast before alignment
