TMCOne Copperstate OB/GYN - Anonymous employee Tucson Medical Center Employee Review

Extremely busy office and not enough help. Inconsistent communication and training. The current manager is a hot mess. She does not treat everyone equally, she has her favorites and it's obvious. She brings her puppy to work with her every day leaving staff to take care of it at times. I'm pretty sure that upper management has no idea this is happening. There is a sign on the door "no dogs allowed". It's just wrong! Employees that already work very little, work even less now. It's cute but very distracting.
