Pros
The General Manger Emily Who is the Main Store General Manger there. She is AWSOME to work for. I Don't think I have ever worked for another Food Restaurant Job anywhere else since i have been working in the fast food chain from the age of 18 years old. And I am now going on 30 Years old. and She really actually does care about her employs and she will jump in and help anyone that is needing some help she is the best to work for she really truly Genuinely does care about each and every single one of her employees. And she will do whatever she can to help out and will go out of and beyond the way to help and make sure that things are going the way that they should and everything and everyone is doing as they should be and everything is running with no problems at all!!! Id never had worked for anyone else this hole time i been working from the age of 18 years old when i was old enough to work that i had been able to say I would Recommend and can say that I know from my own personal experience how true and genuine and how she will do anything and everything she can to help you out if you needed.....
Cons
The only problem I had and didn't like that I didn't think was right or fair enough for us employees of Emily's for Tudors Biscuit World that I would say that I would not and did not ever agree with and on would be the hole idea and way of how they do and give employee just 2 different beaks and each one would only consist of just only 10 minutes each a piece so for the hole work day if you would have to work a full 8 hour shift you still didnt get the hole actually full 30 minute to a hour break like most and pretty much anyone and everyone else I have worked for since I was old enough to get a job and work they have all of them would give us a full 30 minutes for a break witch would be a lunch and them some would also give us 1 or 2 5 to 10 minutes a piece for a smoke break after we took our lunch for 30 minutes so we could use one of the 5 to 10 minutes smoke breaks would work out we could go and smoke 1 time before our lunch break and then once we could come back from out full 30 minute lunch break we would be able to get one last 5 to 10 minutes one last time for to be able to have a quick smoke break for you hole work shift and to make it work with the amount of hours you would have been working for that day.
