Pros

Great executive management, make you feel appreciated and offer support. The HR team is very friendly and will answer all your questions. A lot of improvements have taken place because of the very talented HR director that joined the company.

Cons

The benefits are great, the pay is sub-par and not the main attraction when deciding on weather or not to take the job. The lower management could use some personal growth. A lot of times you'll feel like you're being given an ultimatum or other wise you may deal with consequences like a write up, all this while not getting the best possible support to do your work in the first place.

Pros

- Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

Cons

Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
