      Pros

      I can honestly say I have NEVER worked in a better environment. I feel so appreciated and truly valued every single day. My coworkers and I are a team and we help each other out, it's a very welcoming atmosphere. We get two bonuses twice a year in my position, and they are significant! High level of communication. If any redirection or criticism is given, it is done tactfully and in a way to encourage and help with the job, not to undermine or degrade anyone. The benefits for a full time employee are great. 401k

      Cons

      In my specific position, dealing with upset customers when they are unhappy with a build. More often than not, myself or a manager is able to calm them down and work with them to fix what is needed so they are left happy with their building, but the first initial call can potentially be upsetting. The specific insurance program could be better, hopefully some changes are in the works.

      Pros

      - Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

      Cons

      Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
