      Tuff Shed is a great company to work. They really value their employees and show this with competitive pay, two levels of insurance to choose from, 401k with partial matching, and a very generous ESOP. With multiple factories throughout the country - we are competitive, yet have the same overall goal of providing the best product and best experience for our customers. If you'd like to grow a career from the beginning, Tuff Shed can give you that opportunity.

      Cons

      There aren't any significant downsides to working at Tuff Shed. You just need to show up, know your product, and do the work that is expected of you. The desire to go above and beyond will come naturally.

      Pros

      - Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

      Cons

      Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
