The leadership at Tuff Shed is hands-on and will give you good guidance on what is expected and best SOPs. Communication is very important at Tuff Shed and we are always looking at ways to better communicate and ways to bring the joy of more space to more people. The number one reason that I enjoy working at Tuff Shed is, I know I’m making a difference. I know I am making a positive difference in my customers lives. The vast majority have storage or space needs and/or not enough room for their belongings. Being able to assist people and finding the perfect shed for their needs, has been extremely satisfying and rewarding. In my opinion, Tuff Shed pays fair and has one of the best benefit packages around. PTO, Sick, floating holidays, etc. Health Insurance. 401k. Employee stock ownership program.
