      Pros

      Pay, that's it. Every other aspect of that company is garbage.

      Cons

      Need your own truck, rack up mileage with no extra pay for travel. Need your own tools, responsible for all cost of repair or purchase of new tools. Need your own trailer and all repairs fall on you. Management is garbage people. They try not to pay you for work you've done and act like your ripping them off by asking for compensation. If you need to call out Management punishes you by not giving you builds for a while after so God forbid you get hurt or your truck don't start. After you pick up your build they make you responsible for it and even if a customer later on complains about a shop issue not installer they force you to go out to fix issue on your own time for free. It's an awful place to work.

      Pros

      - Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

      Cons

      Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
