      Pros

      Great benefits. Other teachers are very supportive. Great facility.

      Cons

      They have no loyalty to any employee even if they have been there 20+ years. They fired 5 or 6 people about the same time as me right before Fall 2020 for made-up reasons. All of us were over 50. To the best of my knowledge, there was no one left in the IT department who was over 50 except for those with tenure. One of the people was a year away from full retirement.

      Excellent benefits, company paid medical, dental. Plenty of PTO, paid holidays and awesome work/life balance

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, most people are awesome and nice and helpful. The meaning behind TCC is beautiful if it was true.

      Cons

      If your in IT be prepared to get yelled at, belittled, disrespected. Be prepared to no have a voice. Like at all. If you try to voice anything be prepared for reprocussions. Be prepared to be wrong even if your right. Be prepared to get in trouble for team building or talking to fellow it members not in your direct department. And oh huge do not trust HR to help. If your supervisor tells them they aint getting involved then HR will back down.
