      Pros

      Great benefits, including paid sick & personal leave. Lots of support when you have questions. Monday through Friday, 9-5 job. Only 2 Saturdays a year for 4 hours each. Paid classes thru TCC. Free gym membership. Great pay for the industry (administrative). Free health insurance. Not always busy. Acceptable to have personal phone close by and with ringtones on. Tons of meetings with updates and getting to hear from the higher management.

      Cons

      Not much room for promotion since a lot of people have been in the same job for a long time.

      Excellent benefits, company paid medical, dental. Plenty of PTO, paid holidays and awesome work/life balance

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, most people are awesome and nice and helpful. The meaning behind TCC is beautiful if it was true.

      Cons

      If your in IT be prepared to get yelled at, belittled, disrespected. Be prepared to no have a voice. Like at all. If you try to voice anything be prepared for reprocussions. Be prepared to be wrong even if your right. Be prepared to get in trouble for team building or talking to fellow it members not in your direct department. And oh huge do not trust HR to help. If your supervisor tells them they aint getting involved then HR will back down.
