Pros
I loved the actual job and work. I loved helping people and making them feel that they belonged there.
Cons
Too much upper and middle management. They do not respect front-line employees. It is an extremely political environment. Say they want what is best for the students but their actions speak otherwise. They will form committees to say they got input but they already know what they're going to do regardless. They manipulate stats to get their way.
