Pros

There is a great deal of importance placed on the well being and growth of the children. Also tremendous continuing education and up to date training. Benefits are great.

Cons

Staffing is a consistent problem. Due to short staffing, scheduling days off is difficult. Getting a bathroom break and sufficient time to do paperwork is also a challenge.

Breaks can be hard given low staffing Don’t get to pick your co-teacher 3 staff in a room is hard.
