HORRIBLE management at the campus level. You come in daily wondering if you have a job because the turn over rate is so high. People get set up to fail and pushed out on a weekly basis. Goals are unrealistic. TWC and Department of Education regulations are being broken left and right. There is no training and when you ask for it, it's denied. Schedules are not consistent and subject to change on a whim.
