Pros
This is by far the best job that I have ever had. The pay is good and I plan on working here until I retire. The benefits are amazing. It is also extremely rewarding being able to make a positive impact on the community and the welding industry. We
Cons
Not too many come to mind. Some we have no control over such as the physical ability or work ethic of our students. It gets annoying when some employees complain too much or have negative attitudes but that is present everywhere I have worked. The positives by far outweigh the negatives.
