Pros
Great school! Students will leave better and definitely get what they they put in, sky is the limit! Lots of support from instructors, career services and all staff. Training was phenomenal! I learned a ton that I will take with me in my career. They do invest in reps success.
Cons
No real complaints, other than there is a real disconnect between FA and Admissions. This isn’t intended to be negative towards TWS , just to make someone aware. I gave a 2 weeks notice and happy to help and work out the last 2 weeks. I was told that was my last day and I wouldn’t be paid out the notice or my vacation time which included my birthday day that was already approved and was told this was company policy. So if your thinking of leaving, don’t give notice.
