Pros
They didn’t cut me during Covid. I’m given autonomy to do what I think is right and speak up if I think something is going wrong. The company changes are moving people into different positions so there is room for growth. They pay all of my health insurance. They offer pet insurance. The unlimited PTO is good, but if you don’t use it, it’s not a plus. And HR does tell you to use it. I would never complain about it like the last review - I get what they are trying to do.
Cons
They froze all pay raises last year during Covid - not a surprise. I got a raise this year and some of my teammates said they did also. I’d say they had people in a lot of Zoom meetings since we went remote but management has cut them down by a lot recently.
