Pros
-The age demographic was nice -Collaboration with teammates on projects -Some of the execs that were not the brightest or nicest have left.
Cons
-Don’t work here if you don’t want to be a “yes man” . CEO takes things personally when combatting their ideas and you are looked at differently after the fact or shunned. Was a cliquey atmosphere for being so small. Business practices changed every 4 months as new ideas lost traction. Be prepared to work at anytime of the day with little communication from execs after hours.
