Pros

1) A good first step into software without having to deal with an overly technical/difficult technology. 2) yes.... there are snacks. 3) cool Boston office... gorgeous views. 4) There are some seriously awesome and talented people here.

Cons

1) CEO is irrational and out-of-touch. He doesn’t care about... anyone. 2) Founder is argumentative just to be argumentative. If it’s not his idea, it’s a bad idea. 3) high churn rate (customers and employees) 4) Pay is laughable. I left to do the same job at another company and doubled my salary without trouble. Turbonomic CFO refused a 5K/year pay increase after two years of dedicated employment. 5) No 401k match 6) Work-from-home discouraged on most teams. 7) Their mentality is you need them more than they need you. 8) Numerous issues with technology. So many bugs. 9) Sales writes checks services and training have to/can’t cash. 10) CEO and founder are bottleneck in almost everything. Don’t trust leaders to do their jobs and run their teams. 11) The triad is stupid and doesn’t resonate with customers. Get used to it.

Our leadership team is constantly learning and striving for transparency and earning the trust of our teams. We wish you luck in your next endeavor.
