Pros

1. Fast-paced environment -I feel that we, as a Company, are constantly raising the bar for the industry in which we operate and don't settle for anything less than perfection. Because of this, we are always working towards new goals and opportunities. Days here fly by and workload is always kept fresh and challenging. 2. Technology - I always have the technology needed to perform my Job. If there is something needed that is reasonable, management sees to it that requests are accommodated. 3. People - In my experience, employees are engaged in their work and in their relationships with colleagues throughout the office and Warehouse. 4. Management - From the Department Directors to the Owners of the Company, they will always take the time to listen to my needs or questions pertaining to work. I've never felt unwelcome. 5. Opportunity - I feel if you focus on your work and really apply yourself, there is plenty of room to grow within the Company.

Cons

No real cons. It would be nice to start having the annual team-building days again (Phillies, Escape Room, etc).

Pros

Fun work environment and co-workers, great seeing a new car in the lobby each month. Employee discounts are great if you are into cars. There are a lot of people who love cars and are passionate about it here.

Cons

There's the boys club. If you're not a part of the boy's club, you can get let go. There's a guy there that never shows up to work, but no one can do anything to him because he's in the boy's club. I've seen hard workers get let go over a small mistake while this dude went MIA for a whole week and nothing happened. Work didn't get done, things were delayed, the guy just threw his reports under the bus. The reason he got away with this? He's in that exclusive club. The work environment it not a toxic work environment, but you will learn quickly that people who are in the club are at a better advantage than those who aren't.
