We strive to reward all performers across the organization. However, we realize that the criteria for bonuses may not be clear to every employee, and we are analyzing the bonus system structure to ensure that it is transparent.
I know that any turnover can feel defeating to the team that's left to cover, but in fact, our turnover rate has improved year over year. You're right that the founders of Turn5—our CEO and Chief Marketing Officer—are focused on decreasing turnover and making Turn5 the best possible workplace for employees. As you pointed out, we work together A LOT, and we should love the environment.
And regarding the temperature in the warehouse, we've made a significant investment to outfit the warehouse with fans designed specifically for that type of space to make the temperature as comfortable as possible during the warm summer months, but we will always have temperature variations. As you said, it’s a warehouse.
I'm sorry that you're feeling frustrated. We want to support you as you do amazing work every day! I encourage you to talk to your supervisor and other leaders, or feel free to come to HR with concerns. We'd love to hear from you. (That's the reason we troll this website!)
