      very bad manager turnover rate. constant change in management. false promises made to employees, expected to give 100% for little to no recognition . blatant lying to employees about company news

      Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
