Pros

1. option to work from home. 2. If you like cars and are specifically into mustangs, jeeps, and lifted trucks this is for you. 3. If you like working alone

Cons

1. The "training" was a joke. No hands on whatsoever. You basically realistically figure it out on your own when you are hired for a work at home position. 2. If you don't know specifics on mustangs, jeeps and lifted trucks your basically screwed. 3. They tell you the job is to take information from someone on tbe phone and process it with their credit card as the customer knows what they want. They don't and have called in to "talk to an expert" aka you.. aka now your a jeep expert in one call trying to figure out what 5 inch lift struts will work on a kit this customer had already purchased. 🙄 4. You will deal with more of why my package was canceled and or why hasn't my package shipped yet because they let you sell out of stock items in hopes they can get them back in and send them right out. As a car enthusiasts I would be pissed if that happened to me. If I order something that says in stock. It best be instock. 5. HR person that was hiring me didn't even know what the position entailed and I asked him questions about the position which he had no clue and never got me the answers. (Big red flag but I gave the benefit of the doubt) 6. While working from home you are to be on the phone til someone tells you its time for break. If no one gets in touch with you , you are SOL. And have to ask a supervisor who doesn't respond. Good job there.

Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
