Working at Turn5 as a Sales Tech has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The company culture is fantastic- everyone is supportive, from teammates to upper management. I really appreciate the collaborative atmosphere where everyone's contributions are valued, and it’s clear that the company genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. Plus, there’s a great focus on providing quality service to our customers, which makes the work feel purposeful and impactful. The benefits are solid, and work-life balance is respected. My schedule works well for me. Turn5 also provides plenty of resources to help us succeed, and the training programs have been incredibly helpful in honing my skills.
Cons
As with any sales role, it can be challenging at times to keep up with targets and metrics, especially during peak periods. However, the support from the team and the accessible leadership make these challenges easier to manage.
