Pros
working from home is nice, bonus are cool, when its a consistent metric you have too it
Cons
tech issues with connecting too their servers , changing of what you are expected too do, on day its just take inbound and outbound calls and quotes , then another day ( months later ) you are told you have too use a different website that hardly works too contact customers via text , while still taking inbound and outbound calls, and needing too hit a "quota" on contacts on this other website. then sometimes they just tell you dont have too do xyz because they are making a new department that does that, only for months down the road they want you too do it again. they also will keep switching supervisors on you constantly . if you loose power due too weather ( heavy snow ) you will still get in trouble and blamed for it, even tho the whole state is getting hit with a snow storm. If you have a doctors note telling you not too go to work, you will still get points against your record because "you didnt show even tho you had a note saying you didnt have too "
