Pros

You have the option to work from home after training, so you have a work/life balance. SOME of the Supervisors in the Claims Department are amazing, and will push for you to move up in the company. The company as a whole try to encourage employees to make a stressful job efficient and fun by implementing different goals and holding associates accountable.

Cons

Low Pay 401k provides a low match. L&D is only $1,000/year. Turbo week is no longer happening. This company can also feel like a popularity contest, meaning if the right people do not like you, you will know by the way you are treated. Although I was told during the recruiting phase that all are welcome, I believe this company is solely for extroverts. I also feel like I was in the wrong department, but due to bias, I could not be promoted out of that department. Had I applied for another department before starting with the company, my experience would have been completely different.

Pros

Unfortunately, not many since the company has shifted priorities, post layoffs. Good work/life balance but depends on your role

Cons

Lack of employee development due to lack of bandwidth for leaders, new shift in performance management allows leaders to let employees go without development paths, there's a push to work harder and move faster creating a toxic work environment.
