Unbelievably bad company with questionable leadership - Staff Engineer Turo Employee Review

We are in a downward spiral and there doesn't seem to be a positive outcome ahead. I'm going to get the hell out of here asap. Terrible pay, for reference I got a sub 3% raise for a promotion. We are now ordered to RTO with no flexibility on days and tracking. Leadership will always throw employees under the bus for their decisions and then insult the employees for slacking on Mondays and Fridays. In reality the leadership is toothless and can't make strong decisions. RSUs and options were a joke 🤣
