Pros
Good place to start for someone who is looking to start their career in child care (just get out as quickly as you can); excellent lunch/food program.
Cons
Favoritism is obvious. Management gives no feedback on how you are doing. District manager is rude and unprofessional. No organization when scheduling breaks. Management caves in to staff who have been there a long time and complain to get what they want. The facility is a dump - it needs to close for a week so it can be fumigated and carpets steam cleaned (which won't happen because Tutor Time doesn't believe in closing for anything). No communication to families from staff as to how the kids are - and some of these kids are brats. Learning curriculum extremely unstructured. Playground is a dump. You're a full time babysitter.
