Underpaid, unprofessional, unethical - Lead Teacher Tutor Time Child Care Learning Center Employee Review

The pay is insulting for certified teachers. I realize the economy isn't doing well, and it's not a public school, but it is too low for the responsibility expected. The student/teacher ratio is too high and often teachers are left for periods without the assistance of aides. The classroom management needs an overhaul, and clear rules should apply even to those who are on govt assistance getting free care.
