Great kids and families! Great curriculum with everything planned out and easy to follow Uniforms, no need to dress "appropriately" or worry about getting your nice clothes dirty!

Cons

Low pay Director is constantly being hounded by corporate to make more money/increase attendance #s Forced to work overtime early in the week and then take extended breaks at the end of the week to avoid being paid for overtime. High staff turnover
