Upper management, people who are considered corporate do not listen to your needs as an employee of the center. The district manager does not know what she's doing and always pawns her work to others. There is no support beyond the center level. Instead of finding a way to help you they just bad mouth you and send you degrading emails. They always avoid confrontations at all cost unless someone threatens to sue. They also make many promises they cannot keep. They also set unattainable goals for you. Favoritism is hight practiced here yet HR doesn't care when you have voiced your concerns. There is no career growth with this company, they rather hire out than within.
