Pros

Some of the best people you'll meet will work there. The kids are so great to work with.

Cons

Every bad review you read is true; regardless of the location, it's a bad place to work. In my case, the director and assistant director would talk about their workers behind their backs, and were caught by the person they were talking about. They'd blatantly ignore internal phone calls. Sit on their phones at their desk, but off camera (phones aren't allowed in the classrooms). Would VERY frequently forget to send someone on break, or let them go home at their appropriate time. Offered little to no support for the teachers. Overtime? Ha, that's funny. No, at my old job, in Vestal, New York, they'd send you home at the most inconvenient time for you. I asked to be promoted to Lead Teacher, since I'd assumed the position anyway (I didn't want it, but if they weren't going to hire someone else, I wanted to be paid for my work. I also had the necessary degree) and was told, both in person and over text to "not discuss wages with other coworkers" and to keep it "just between us" (director and myself). Which, is illegal. Both the director and assistant director would often go into the director's office with the Fedex guy, and close the door, making themselves completely unavailable to anyone who needed to go speak to them. One of the last things I saw before I left was seeing them, outside, during hours, sunbathing. Sitting in chairs, shoes off, with iPads, leaving a pre-k teacher in charge of the phones, along with 18-20 children. They'd often send people home if they had "too many" workers, but then would short themselves later in the day, but would still hire more help that they didn't need. 15-18 people left in a matter of 6 months. The only people who stay there are those who feel stuck because of the pay and the need to support themselves or families. Only two people I worked with genuinely enjoyed working there. Just about everyone else was stuck there because they knew they wouldn't be paid the same amount anywhere else. I left and took a huge pay cut and am finally being paid adequately for the degree I have. 100000/10 do not recommend. I've worked for non-profit and corporate daycares, this franchise has ruined daycares for me.
