Pros
-The company has a lot of momentum going for it. If you want to be part of a product and feel like you are contributing, Twitch is a good place to be. You get to see where your efforts go and it really is a team feeling here - Free breakfast twice a week, free lunch everyday, free dinner everyday and free pizza on top of dinners on Fridays! What more can you ask for? - The people here are awesome. You really feel that everyone is in this because they believe in the product. Not because it is the hottest thing, but more because you believe in the difference it is going to make in the way people consume video - The exec team is approachable. There are office hours that you can set up with the COO and CEO of the company that allow you to understand what is going on in their world and how that affects the business.
Cons
- Levels are a little inflated - Salary raises happen but are on the low side percentage-wise - Aside from that, there is really nothing to complain about
