Pros
Just like all jobs, some things aren't that great at Two Barrels (i.e. weird policies, ambiguous expectations, the office is never a comfortable temperature) but none of it matters because the people who work here are truly some of the best people I have ever met in my life. Everyone is respectful, kind, and genuinely supportive. The hiring process particularly selects for people who won't be a**holes. It's a really great thing.
Cons
Like I mentioned, there are some weird policies. Honestly though, the worst part is the growing pains. It's a small company and getting all the kinks and processes worked out can be (kind of) frustrating. However, the flip side of this is knowing that you're on the ground floor building something pretty dang awesome.
