Pros

- Great pay. - They have a knack for hiring smart, driven, and humble people who I am happy to call friends that make working there a good time. - Great benefits. - Vacation recently got bumped to include 4 holidays on top of the generic vacation days pool. Opinions vary, but personally I enjoy the flexibility of the days off to use them for longer breaks. - The spectrum of options for fully remote to fully in-person with no pressure towards either is perfect. Having the option is great as a local dev.

Cons

We have a cool downtown office that isn't taken advantage of fully because parking sucks.

Thanks for your review! We’re glad to hear our hybrid approach is working well for you. It’s important to us that our employees feel empowered to find a good balance and flexibility for their lives. We know downtown parking sucks :/ our quarterly benefits allowance can be used to pay for parking & hopefully take the edge off the cost! It sounds like you have some great ideas to help our development process improve. If you haven’t already, share these ideas with your lead/manager so we can work on improving together!

Pros

Pay, benefits, and PTO are pretty nice. Good retirement options and match. In office culture can be good, but isn't always. Tech stack is really easy to use and lots of opportunity for development. Management invests heavily in juniors. Diverse income streams with high margins, with quality office spaces.

Cons

Grew too fast and hired some pretty terrible people. People who are stubborn, defensive, not collaborative, anti-social, and occasionally rude. CEO is wild. Asks for too much, can be aggressive, oddly witty, and stays private. It's like you're talking to a deity sometimes. Not enough shaming for overworking because they "preach" about work-life balance. Managers will occasionally say they worked late or a bit on the weekend, making you feel guilty that you didn't.
