      Pros

      The only pros in working for this franchise, was learning new computer programs, a new business model, and having a few really good employees.

      Cons

      The owners were extreemly hands off, and they lied about training, and were never interested in considering feedback to improve hiring employees or actually working with you in clients homes. They didn't want to get their hands dirty and clean.

      It was a job and I needed income. Looked promising.

      Cons

      No training. Didn't get paid the correct amount of hours or miles reimbursement. Pretty much a joke.
