      Pros

      You make 20% off of each home you clean and they do give driving incentives. Also pay for mileage and they provide coffee in the morning. Also the manager always is hands on an helps.

      Cons

      You must be at house for certain amount of time based on square footage and it the amount of work doesn't seem to match the commission. Hands are very dry from cleaners. A lot of cleaning cancellations. Ad said 12/hr but really the commission "equals out" to $12... Which in my opinion it does not. I consider my work day from the time I clock in to the time I clock out. Not how many hours I actually cleaned. Only 3 other staff members..Seems like high turnover rate.

      It was a job and I needed income. Looked promising.

      Cons

      No training. Didn't get paid the correct amount of hours or miles reimbursement. Pretty much a joke.
