Would never recommend this company to anyone. This review is specific to the Naperville, IL location, although the company standards are generally the same. Your personal car will receive so much wear and tear for pennies per mile reimbursement. Pay is EXTREMELY low and is just advertised in job postings to be more because they are so desperate for workers. Pay is commissioned but is ultimately determined by how much “management” likes you. Turnover rate is so high, there might be 3 people quitting in one day. All employees looking for other jobs at the same time, only using this job as an in between while they look for something better. Houses are never seen before being quoted a price, so 99% of houses are SO underpriced, you have to do the most rushed job in order to get make minimum wage. No lunch breaks, or breaks at all, but “management” will get mad if they found out you went through the drive thru. No benefits and no raises.
