      Pros

      Got off at 1-2 nearly everyday. Had weekends off. Easy work most of the time. You can make a lot of money for doing almost nothing sometimes.

      Cons

      Driving long distances. Not getting a lot for mileage. Sometimes you will have incredibly long days, or multiple houses spread all over the map. It's very easy to have your pay dropped, too many things affect it.

You can make a lot of money for doing almost nothing sometimes." sounds like a great job to most folks! :) It's not for everyone, for sure, but the Pay for Performance Plan makes certain each employee is paid for their hard work.

      The work is fast-paced and physically active, so it's a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy. Some days can be challenging, but the supportive team and rewarding environment make it well worth it.

      It was a job and I needed income. Looked promising.

      Cons

      No training. Didn't get paid the correct amount of hours or miles reimbursement. Pretty much a joke.
