Job Salary Misrepresented by Manager - House Cleaner Two Maids Employee Review

Two Maids & A Mop compensates our Professional House Cleaners (PHC’s) using our Pay For Performance model. This model separates us from the competition and provides us with a competitive advantage over other residential cleaning companies. Each PHC receives a percentage of the price of every clean. The percentage may increase based on client satisfaction ratings and the PHC's adherence to our General Standards. After each job, our clients are asked to rate their cleaning on a scale of 1-10. If the PHC receives a rating of 10, they are paid at the highest rate. As the ratings fall, so does the PHC’s pay. Our model is designed to promote customer satisfaction and provide an opportunity for our PHC's to control their level of pay. The most common complaint that we receive in the cleaning industry is that the quality of service deteriorates over time. Pay for performance provides both an incentive and reward for the PHCs to do the best job they can at every house they clean.
