      Pay For Performance - make your customers happy and earn a higher commission Monday - Friday 8-5 - no nights, holidays, or weekends Great leaders who are invested in your success Cleaning For A Reason - giving back to the community feels so good! Cute uniforms! Fun coworkers and customers Opportunities for growth into training or management if you want it!

      Cons

      It's still a small company with one owner, so there isn't a huge benefit package, which most companies are doing away with anyway due to healthcare reforms.

      It was a job and I needed income. Looked promising.

      Cons

      No training. Didn't get paid the correct amount of hours or miles reimbursement. Pretty much a joke.
