Excellent boss, loved my coworkers.

The pay for performance scale is determined by the customer. So if you are teamed up with someone who doesn't pull their weight and you get a lousy review then your pay is affected. Now if you have a great boss like I did and knows your work is consistently above and beyond then it can be adjusted.
